Trading is a discipline where trades are randomly distrubuted in a given set.
With a 70% winning strategy, the odds are that on the next set of 10 trades, you should have 7 winning trades but you don’t know in which orders they will be distributed.
This is why showing a strategy performance by picking particular trades are meaningless. You should have an overview.
You can see the evolution of my capital on a daily basis in the next 3 pictures. In which i managed a x700 at my all time high in over 1.5 years.
LEGENDS
When the day and the capital are gray, it means I am in stable coins. If the capital fluctuate but the day color is gray it means that I did not trade this day. But my holding was on Bitcoin, so my capital was moving too.
Gray stands for non trading day.
Red stands for loosing day.
Green stand for winning day
This graphic shows the evolution of my capital through the 225 trading day including my cash out.
The first number is the number of day I traded this particular month, and the % nearby is the Profit and Loss I achieved within this month.
In 15 months, I had an higher capital than previous month 86,7% of the time.
Excluding the first highly leveraged month, I was up in average by +36.04% from each previous month.
In this period of 489 days, there was 71 weeks. I did not trade 11 weeks. On the remaining 60 weeks I had higher capital than previous week 73,3% of the time.
In average, I did +10,44% profit from each previous week.
Weekly profit average is : 16,48%
Weekly loss average is : -5,79%
